Most units have MAJOR mold problems and they think using kilz and painting over it is a fix. 2 buildings have bugs. Have not been upkept. All windows and door are super old and dont seal right. Patio screen door and glass slider do not lock, but they provide you with a piece of wood as a solution. With what they are charging in rent these apartments should be better maintained.
Very quiet,and comfortable. Been living here over a year now and we love it. Friendly neighborhood.
