Recommendedour dog fay was sick took her in fri they kept her for 4 days ...called me everyday. wven went and checked on her on days off ..great staff..and very compassion with animals...i would recommendbto anyone. ..thank for makeing our Fay better ....
Thank you so much! My boy, Lucius, had injured his front leg, and even though without being a client, Johnstown had gotten us in for an appointment as soon as possible. The staff was absolutely wonderful with him and I was very impressed with both the hospitality and the level of care that we received. I am very pleased and will be happy to bring both of my dogs back their for their care. You ladies were awesome!
The clinic is dirty. The staff are unprofessional, rude, disorganized and give attitude if you ask even the smallest question, like “can I have a copy of the rabies vaccination?” Seriously, find a different vet if you want your pet cared for and treated with respect!
they have always gotten me right in when needed and treated me with courtesy & respect - staff seems to really care about the patients they treat

they are very good . we have taken our dogs there for over six years. they always treat us in a professional manner. They use the upmost care treating our friends. I would highly recommend them.
You close for months unannounced leaving animals and their owners not knowing what's going on. Perhaps you should care more about your patients than your medications. You don't deserve to be trusted with a dead fish, let alone a live one.
This place is horrible. Turning down my dying bearded dragon all because you guys can't set up a payment plan. Then when I told the receptionist that that is wrong I got hung up on! She is egg bound, won't eat, and needs surgery or she will die. You guys are greedy. I guess money really is all you guys care about which is really sad. I just moved back to NY and haven't started my new job yet so I don't have any money at the momment.
