Over a two-day period Johnston's installed two complete systems with heat pumps. Theirs was the best price among four estimates, and they were nothing but friendly and professional throughout the process. Highly recommend them! UPDATE JULY 2023: Johnston solicited the above review, and I was happy to accommodate a local small business. One of my systems failed, and Johnston was nowhere to be found.
