First and last experience with Johnstone Supply. Front desk clerks do not respect their own store return policy- (60 day return). Refused to take back 2 inexpensive items bought 48 days ago on a purchase we made of 700$. Then refused to sell me a simple line-set cover because I was not on the account! Made him call my boss but still refused to sell it to me.
Not a very friendly staff at this location wrnt in to ask a question when quickly approached by a beared gentleman before I can ask the question I was told we only sell to contractors him not knowing i have a contractors license but I guess that's how thanks for the the new generation works now thank for the help
