I forgot to update.. After being an employee for 4 years. As a business dealing with Johnstone, they are great. Especially Zach and Scott W. They have excellent customer service and strive to give the best experience. I was sour leaving them due to issues with management, but even with horrible managers, a company can still be great to its customers.

Ear piercing high pitched alarm comming from their building, randomly turning in and off late at night. Directed right into all the townhomes behind their building. Called multiple times about it and they've done nothing to solve it.
Great service, go above and beyond for their customers. Will definitely be back
