I ordered a mini split and 4 ceiling cassettes, 4 line sets, 4 wire sets and 1 mounting bracket. He read back my order as i had ordered it and said it would be ready for pickup on 26 June and gave me the quote for what was ordered. The order finally showed up on 2 July. When I picked up the order, 1 of the cassettes had been left off the order and it will cost an additional $700 to get it.
