We confirmed by phone that what we wanted was in stock, went to the store and they didn’t have it, they told us it would be ordered and available the next day; went there again and it wasn’t there. Told to come back tomorrow again. Fat chance! Very poor inventory system and customer service.

7/1/2026 Went to return some b vent pipe ,today , that I had purchased roughly 28 hrs prior. Was told there was a 55 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE, yeah you read that right. When I questioned this and where the notification of this is posted I was told that "it was company policy". I was verbally given a example of why they thought it was ok to do this, which in my circumstances was not remotely anywhere close to what was explained to me.
