Guys at the front counter need some training in customer service. Make you feel like you’re a burden.
Front counter guys are nice, but...... Little to no duct work in stock. After placing order for a t-wye, start collar and 2 disc dampers. They filled 4 other contractors' orders who came in after with larger orders and i was left waiting for over half an hour for an order that is typically filled within 5 minutes.
Always great customer service if I have any questions they are quick to assist me a gentleman by the name of Steven help me get my things quick and in a hurry and I'm thankful for this location
