Called under direction of First Co. for issues with an AquaTherm Warer Heater/Furnace 2-in-1 unit. Joe answered, did not allow me to speak, said they dont service them, did not answer when I asked if he knew of a number for someone who did, and then hung up on me before I could speak again.
Staff here is super knowledgeable, helpful, and always good for a laugh. Prices are generally competitive and they basically always have what you need, great inventory management. Highly recommend this supply house.
