Whoever answered the phone country older guy, he needs customer service training. Because this place is essential to the HVAC community I guess he feels he can be rude with no consequences
I came here and I had my order taken by Kenneth and then he threw my receipt over-the-counter which I found very disrespectful. I don’t know because I’m black or because I’m a woman but Kenneth if you see this respond and let me know. He could’ve put it in my hand, but he decided that wasn’t good enough.
They never answer their phone. Very rude.
