I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to Johnstone for their phenomenal customer service. We had originally ordered a warranty part through another company, where our customer's HVAC system was purchased, and were quoted a one-week turnaround. Ross has gone above & beyond for me! I have even tried to offer Ross a tip & he won't accept it.. better customer svc than Chik-Fil-A!!! Everyone else has done a great job as well. I never feel rushed, I can find pretty much anything I need related to refrigeration and more! The store is always clean and I'm offered a free drink and place to relax whenever I stop in.
