If your company doesn't have an account then you can't buy the parts. Even though it's 4:45 p.m. and everything's closed and they have the one part you need so that a restaurant can stay open that evening. But they won't sell it to you, even if you're using a credit card from your business. Makes no sense at all! But I do have a Google account!

I've been in the hvac field for a very long time. Johnstone has great people and prices. I wanna give a huge shout out to one of there drivers. Ed has always and im mean always went the extra mile to make sure we are takin care of. Even going through his shoulder pain this year he kept on doing what it took. He makes you feel like more than just a customer. Good job Ed.
