Been buying parts from here for about 4yrs. Saturday tried to order a board and thermostat, told me to call Monday that they would order it. Called today (Monday) got everything situated, then they tell me I can use a card that doesnt have the accounts name? I've always used a customers card to order parts. Thanks to another supplier I was able to order my parts with no problem and it only took a few minutes. Johnstone your customer service is really falling off.
