well. I call to ask about specs on particular products you carry but you put a wall up. I dont want price, i don't need any extra info, im not buying. I'm just trying to learn about specs but you gate keep that information. FOR WHAT? i can google it and AI that info but i would have preferred to hear it from a distributor so I know what they have. Then when my contractor goes in, I AM INFORMED. they would rather keep the info private to create a knowledge gap with the consumer. This is disgusting.
