These guys pulled me out of a deep fryer full of the finest boiling peanut oil. My shop suffered a failure in our air compressor. They had the part I needed in stock and got us up and running again. Can't thank them enough for their expertise and excellent service. I did not get their names , but these 2 gentlemen saved the day.

I recently discovered that I was sold outdated equipment, and despite Fieldpiece approving a warranty replacement, the issue was not handled properly by management. On April, I purchased a set of Fieldpiece wireless probes and later experienced a problem with one of the clamps. When the Johnstone employees contacted their warranty manager, my warranty claim was initially denied because the serial number indicated the product was manufactured in 2021.
