I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse Hernandez, the manager at Johnstone Supply, while he was working the front counter. Jesse is incredibly energetic, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to engage with his customers and makes everyone feel welcome. It's refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service from someone who clearly enjoys what they do. Jesse is a joy , and I truly appreciate all of his assistance. Thank you, Jesse, for the excellent service!

I recently discovered that I was sold outdated equipment, and despite Fieldpiece approving a warranty replacement, the issue was not handled properly by management. On April, I purchased a set of Fieldpiece wireless probes and later experienced a problem with one of the clamps. When the Johnstone employees contacted their warranty manager, my warranty claim was initially denied because the serial number indicated the product was manufactured in 2021. I really miss some of the old workers that used to work here a few years ago. Here at the store very rude. Just a bunch of middle-age man who angry at the world.

Shout out to John who is always helpful and checks to make sure I have what I need. While back he went the extra mile and I didn't get a chance to say, thanks! This is my preferred Johnstone location.
