Seems to be a poorly managed cluster. Lots of employees but nobody getting anything done.
Trish was so pleasant to work with she knew all techs coming in by name now she knows mine also she helped me get all that was needed great attitude I know I provide good service for my company and customers its nice to get served the same way will make sure I shop here when out this way
Should post in their description that they only sell to licensed HVAC contractors, even simple parts. Waste of a trip.
