Ever since they were bought out and the management changed their Service has been poor and there After hrs has been unreliable at Best. I can never get a hold of their after our service.
I am updating my original 5-star review due to an unresolved accounting issue and lack of follow-up. A payment was withdrawn from my account by Johnstone Supply, however the company has been unable to locate or properly apply the payment within their system. I provided the transaction date, amount, and supporting documentation showing that the funds were successfully withdrawn. While individual employees, including Ryan, appeared willing to help, I was repeatedly told that someone would follow up with me regarding the issue.... read more
Love the local Johnstone supply here in Orem. Only supply house that seems to actually care about providing qualiy customer service. Mason and I believe his name is Kyle has been super helpful and I will continue to use their services.
