They do not care about their customers. I had a contractor install pipes that they purchased from Johnston Supply and the pipes were rusty and looked terrible for brand new pipes. When I talked to Johnston Supply, they admitted the pipes looked bad but refused to offer any way of making me whole. I will not be working with them or any contractors who purchase materials from them. Sad to see such terrible customer service like this.
Great people, good customer service. The driver's might not want to be in such a hurry. (Crossbar behind truck. Little close for comfort.)
