I’m a long-time renter. This facility is in a great location! It’s clean, orderly and always pest-free! All my belongings are safe and sound and you can trust they’ll remain that way! You can’t go wrong with the right place and it’s right here!
Easy online experience. One can check what units are available for rent, the price of the unit and to secure a unit. It’s all good.
This place was great until they got new management. Previously, there was always someone on site, either in the office or patrolling the units. Now there is never anyone onsite because they work remotely. So, you talk to a different person each time you call and if you need help with something, it takes maintenance up to 24 hours to contact you to set up a time to come onsite. Which is a huge inconvenience if you don’t live in the area. They charge $50 if you need them to come open your unit with bolt cutters. So if you find... read more
