Was referred by roofer. Replaced 2 doors and built a roof over deck Overpriced for low quality work NO COMMUNICATION Punch list not complete 1 to 1 1/2 day job took 8 days- no show some days Brian got nasty when told not happy. No refund on wood not wrapped My 60 year old husband climbed up to caulk leaking gutter. He did not want them to come back.
they did a terrible job on my pool deck and everything was an excuse as to why. i could have done a better job myself.

1) they actually return phone calls, show up for appointments AND do a stellar professional job! 2) they were clear in their design plans, costs and timeline 3) they kept the work site clean and safe 4)most importantly, they made a beautiful roof and porch where rotted wood once stood 5)I plan on using their services again AND highly recommend them!
My experience was great I had Eric and Eugene from Johnston Remodel paint my dining room and put flooring in my dining room and living room. They were great to talk to and funny. They explained the details and allowed me to ask questions as they worked. They even helped me with some little odds and ends that took no time at all. Very professional and extremely talented. They built my mom a porch Along the whole front of her house and had it done in what seemed like no time at all. It is very easy to see that this company really cares about not only the job, but the customer as well! I HIGHLY recommend this company.
