Replaced the blower motor on my furnace 2 years ago. Motor went again recently. Left numerous messages for service but no response. When someone finally picked up he took the info and said he'd call me back. Never did. Turns out blower had a 2 year warranty which was a week away from expiring but because this installer didn't register it with the manufacturer it didn't qualify anyway. So now I'm gonna have to pay at least $1000 for a new blower because of their incompetence!
Installed gas furnace 8 months ago. Have had to have a separate furnace repair company come in 5 times. Sloppy caulking of venting. Will not return phone calls.
Jay was very pleasant and friendly. His was very thourough and fixed our furnace in under two hours. The price was very, very reasonable. Thanks Jay
