I arrived an hour early, as instructed, and completed all of the online paperwork before my appointment, just as I was asked to do. However, after being called back for what was described as “testing,” I was handed the exact same paperwork to complete by hand. When I explained that I had already filled it out online, I was told they require it to be completed in the patient’s handwriting. Again I say that this is a terrible place to go I had to wait for almost two hours to get called in the back and the P.A. talk to me for five minutes and then stated that she couldn’t do anything for me and automatically assumed that I was drug seeking and I came to you because of my lower chronic back pain I was treated very poorly and I didn’t appreciate it at all. She didn’t even try to figure out why I was in pain or anything it was not a good experience for me.

I am highly satisfied with Johnston Pain Management and so glad I moved over to them from another care provider in town. Ms. Sunny is very attentive, caring and an overtly genuine person. I have a resounding respect for PA’s because of her. The front desk staff is also kind and professional. Its one of the few doctor visits I have that run on time and a bright spot in my day. Great job!
