Andrew and the rest of the guys did a great job of figuring out what we needed and installing the sensors in our house. They went way out of the way to find a solution for us to have smart thermostats with our 1968 wiring. I've had JM Inc for several projects over the last few years and their professionalism and kindness can't be beat.

These folks have done two projects for us now and a third is planned for the future. Incredible service and an awesome final product. Can’t recommend enough. Here’s a photo of our deck reenforcement they did for us. They are definitely a “concierge” contractor in every sense, but for my busy life, having a trusted and reliable team to handle whatever comes up is great peace of mind and value for money.
