Last two visits the Dr and staff were very disconnected with my concerns and today I walked in with medical issue concerning my dog and watched EVERY PERSON in the building come and go as I sat and waited until I finally walked out after over an hour. In the meantime I hear very loud good time Charlie in the back room cutting up with his buddy, rather than treating my dog. Thank you so much for taking good care of my dog Puck today, From step one of scheduling the appointment on the app you have (which I love and is so easy to use) , to the final pick up today, this has been so easy. I was well informed of what was going to happen for the procedure and the cost that I was totally prepared. And Puck is doing great. I will recommend all my animal � friends to you.

Very caring folks and alway very professional. Emergency visit yesterday when my doxie was either bitten by something or had a reaction to something. His face looked more like a Shar-Pei than a Dachshund with the swelling. Thanks to all at Robertson coounty animal clinic.
