Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back
