I have been a patient for about 8 years and am so thankful for such a wonderful Doctor and staff. I recently had a four disc fusion surgery and the nurses and doctors ( Jamie and Tim) were so helpful- I can never thank them enough. Dr Johnston saved my life- ( my sanity at least). Dealing with chronic pain is so difficult but Dr Johnston and staff have helped me so I could keep working and make it through some extremely difficult times. Seen doctor 1 time.... seen a PA since then. Johnston wouldn’t give you the time of day afterwards. Once I had to do virtual calls, GAME CHANGER !!! Out of the blue, I get letter of noncompliance, multiple failed drug test, not doing drug test after they asked me to. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO DO TEST WHILE DOING VIRTUAL CALLS. THE ENTIRE LETTER WAS FULL OF LIES. I HAVE PUT IN SEVERAL CALLS TO HIS OFFICE TO GIVE ME DATES AND TIMES THAT THEY CLAIM HAPPENED.
