Had poor customer experience. I had installed water softener and RO from them. Their estimates were wrong and they did not bypass the front hose even knowingly that soft water is not good for plants. On complaining they asked for $120 charge per half hour for the service to by pass. Won't recommend their service to anyone. Extremely disappointed with them.

Had an appointment set up with Johnson to come and get an estimate for a water softener. The experience leading up to the appointment had been great with interactions with various employee's on the phone. Got a phone call yesterday about them not being able to do the estimate now because someone will be out of town... We were looking for a softener + RO solution for our home and reached out to multiple vendors in the area. All of them came and performed chemistry experiments in our home, scared us out of our wits regarding the quality of the water and tried to sell us costly systems.
