Had an appointment set up with Johnson to come and get an estimate for a water softener. The experience leading up to the appointment had been great with interactions with various employee's on the phone. Got a phone call yesterday about them not being able to do the estimate now because someone will be out of town... All of them came and performed chemistry experiments in our home, scared us out of our wits regarding the quality of the water and tried to sell us costly systems. Greg from Johnson came, did the same tests but told us in a very calm tone our water was actually pretty good, explained what process our city employed to treat water & said we didn’t need anything too complicated.
