We had the technician Rich Fields come to service our water softener and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.
If you're looking for somebody to install a water softener or an r o system, look no further, these guys are the ultimate professionals. David and Jimmy really know their product and are not afraid to answer any questions you may have.
Had poor customer experience. I had installed water softener and RO from them. Their estimates were wrong and they did not bypass the front hose even knowingly that soft water is not good for plants. On complaining they asked for $120 charge per half hour for the service to by pass. Won't recommend their service to anyone. Extremely disappointed with them.
