Have had Rapid Cool a few times now both heating and cooling systems, they are quick to respond to your problems and fix whatever needs to get done. Never had any issues with their workmanship, very professional all around.
Steve and his team at Rapid Cool go above and beyond and their prices are unbeatable. I recently had them install heat pumps for my commercial building and I was very happy with their service and pricing.
Did an AC inspection to get ready for summer (the exact same thing that Service Plus was supposed to do a month ago yet they never checked refrigerant nor did they even run the system and cost me 200 $) Rapid Cool did all these things and unfortunately realized due to the nature of the refrigerant used circa 2010 house It would be best to replace the AC system quoted price is three grand less than the other guys and they waved the fee of the inspection since they’re coming to do the install anyway I think I’ll stick with the... read more
