Steve and his team at Rapid Cool go above and beyond and their prices are unbeatable. I recently had them install heat pumps for my commercial building and I was very happy with their service and pricing.
Did an AC inspection to get ready for summer (the exact same thing that Service Plus was supposed to do a month ago yet they never checked refrigerant nor did they even run the system and cost me 200 $) Rapid Cool did all these things and unfortunately realized due to the nature of the refrigerant used circa 2010 house It would be best to replace the AC system quoted price is three grand less than the other guys and they waved the fee of the inspection since they’re coming to do the install anyway I think I’ll stick with the... read more
I was supposed to have an appointment with them today at 12:00. no one showed up, so i waited a bit cause i know some jobs can take longer than expected. i finally called them at 1:30 asking if i was going to see a technician today, and the lady said they were running behind, but someone should be at my house in no longer than 30 minutes. well, the plumber didn't show up until 2:45. honestly i would have just appreciated a phone call saying their technician was running behind so i didnt waste my day waiting around my house. ... read more
