Stated that the appraisal we needed was to complicated for them (residential property in Katy) and then said that they can't give a recommendation to anyone else as they don't talk to other appraisers in the business. Seems like they must live in a hole. They are other appraisers in Katy, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
