Still working on their front entrance, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy display area, good range of tiles.
The staff told us the tiles could be returned for free within 30 days. When we returned the tiles, the staffed refused to return the tiles. He showed the invoice to us. There are tiny texts telling 30% stocking fee while the guy didn’t mention when we purchased. We are in trouble because the wrong information tricked us to make wrong purchase.
Excellent service from the young lady. Sorry, didn't get her name. Gave us a few options after trying to match the very old pinkish /brownish/silvery grey trimmed wall tiles existing in our very small bathroom repairs. She was happy to provide samples and we decided on a nice style for the floor. Happy with service and pricing. Bad Luck National Tiles in Mitcham for your lack of service and range.

Totally surprised, they have a rather large choice and have competitive prices. No I didn't buy tiles but when I'm ready I definitely will go there. They have tiles that look like wood, some pretty motives, all sorts of plain white tiles. Floor tiles, outside, wall tiles, bathroom tiles. Definitely a good place to check out.
