Extremely disappointing service at Wantirna South warehouse Visited on a quiet morning hoping for some assistance, but was met with a male salesperson/ storeman who was rude, disinterested, and arrogant. He seemed impatient with my enquiry, refused to check pricing on the computer, and even raised his voice. It felt like he didn’t want to help at all. Brilliantly helpful
I went down for Johnson Tiles sale today. I was guided and assisted by Caitlin. Unsure if the spellings right. She is so knowledgeable, patient and professional. I got the tiles I wanted along with grout, trims and delivery. You cannot believe how easy it was after going to other stores, getting confused by 'explanations' and walking out more frustrated than before. Thank you Caitlin, and Johnson Tiles. Looking forward to getting that new bathroom look happening - loved the experience.
We bought our bathroom tiles from. Johnson Tiles after going to many different outlets. We were served by Joe, who helped us with quantities, grout colours, and ordering everything we needed. Joe was very helpful ,professional, and friendly. Would recommend going there for any tiles. Easy parking! Enjoy your coffee
Extremly Slow & terrible services, as a tradie would not shop here again. Waste of time and money.
