The facts are: When we went to pick up your bus on Friday 7/6/18 you still had charges due to Copart - we paid the charges for you and then they would not release the bus becasue of a dispute between you & Copart. We had to go back on 7/9/18 to pick up again - still there were charges due - they did release bus - so the additonal $250.00 is because we went there twice - because you did not pay your fees to Copart and they would not release.
While traveling from VT to DC, I had to have my Uhaul towed by Johnson because it broke down while on the turnpike. They were efficient, professional, and extremely accommodating. They stayed almost two hours after close to make sure that I was taken care of. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service; everyone was outstanding.
