Johnson RV in Sandy, OR, did a fantastic job of troubleshooting our inoperative flat screen radio/display monitor, then obtained replacement authority from the coach manufacturer (Jayco). After the replacement unit arrived they scheduled a second visit where it took less than an hour for them to complete the repair/replacement. We're very pleased with Johnson RV for their work and Jayco for standing behind their warranty
I had a great experience at Johnson RV in Sandy. Andrew was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
My motorhome was backed into on front rider side. I took it to Johnson RV and they did all the repairs right there, including matching the paint perfectly and painting it. Mark the Collision Manager kept me in the loop at all phases. I also had them move the TV to another location. I would take my vehicle back to them again. The before pictures, now it looks like new.
