So this is long overdue and I should have written it sooner....however we have had the chance to experience more with this dealer and can now include it. My wife and I went to the Medford location of Johnson RV to look at vans where we met Brent. We described what we thought we wanted and he began to show us their inventory. Went into Johnson rv today and felt like the salesperson thought we were a waste of his time. First we get there and get no assistance, so we walked out and looked at all the rv's. Then when we went back inside not one person acknowledged that we were by the sales desk. Then a salesperson who was to busy with a private call and playing with a golf club finally was sent to us to find out pir needs for a Class A diesel pusher. I cannot say enough good things about Johnson RV. I am so happy that I chose them to buy my RV from. I worked with Sammy & Andrew and they were both so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond with their attention to detail.
