Went for a recall notice. I made an appointment, then changed it. Once I arrived, it seemed to be a surprise, and the 30 min inspection took 90 min. Updates were only when I returned to the service desk to ask. Then again, perhaps the one person was not free to leave their work station. Otherwise, clean and tidy.
I just purchased a 2026 Revel Sport from Lee and Wai at Johnson RV in Fife. First of all, I couldn't beat their price anywhere in the US. Secondly, I have never felt less hassle and pressure while at the same time being serviced with attention and detail. The handover process was amazing. Great communication. Good overall buying experience.
I did not have a good experience here. I told my service advisor (Djuna) before and after drop off that our RV fridge has food in it, and it would therefore need to remain on for the 2.5 weeks that we left the RV here. I was emailed "No problem, I will take care of it." When I stepped in the RV to pick it up I was hit with a wall of rotten food, before even opening the fridge.
