We had a great experience at Johnson RV. Jacob the sales rep we worked with was such a genuine and kind person, not enough nice things to say about him. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth when we had our walkthrough. We felt so comfortable working with him. Airelle was so fun and down to earth. I had a very good experience working with Johnson RV in purchasing a trailer. I enjoyed working with the sales staff (Wai) and things went smoothly. I appreciated the practical information and insight that they provided as it applied to the trailer I ended up purchasing. They also did a nice job of reviewing the systems with me on the delivery date. There was one technical issue that has come up and they are getting me squared away. All appreciated.
