Amazing experience! Johnson Refrigeration provides service from Central Avenue in Phoenix to anywhere east to Gold Canyon. The technician arrived within the scheduled time window and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing and immediately began troubleshooting, starting with the outside unit and then the thermostat. Jacob worked up in my attic with very high heat to repair my refrigeration problem . It is now repaired hurray . He is very young but is well experienced already . He was very polite and even put my garbage out for me . I am 83 years old . Thank you Jacob .
Just had our ac replaced with this amazing company. They have been taking care of us for the last 25 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service they have provided us.
