Cherika is the most disorganized realtor i have ever worked with. It took her 4 times to get a contract written without any errors on the address, the boxes to check, the price, etc. She tends to pick a closing date that is much too soon, and then the contract falls apart, and she expects you to continue on with her. She brought a buyer, and it took 9 days for her to turn in the contract.... she started it on June 16th, and it was not given to title company until June 25th.
