Common sense would be a start in terms of improvement. Even as HOAs go, First Residential is about as lame as they come. Rules are rules and we all get it but the little money making scheme they came up with at the Board Meeting in December takes the cake. Find minor infractions, fine the residents, apply zero logic
We are so excited since the new HOA took over. So glad to see tickets going on cars with the overnight parking. We can actually drive down the streets with two cars at a time.
New management sucks! Worst HOA ever not willing to work with residents, don’t waste your time here unless your willing to hire an attorney!
Our light up Christmas Flamingo was stolen off our porch late last night or early this morning on E Mountain View Road in Johnson Ranch. So bummed! Things have been stolen out of my husband’s truck in our driveway. But the flamingo theft today really saddens us. It has a red foil wreath around its neck that we added. If you see it, know it was stolen from us. We brought it from WA when we moved here in July.
I'm in need of finding my dog a temporary housing for a few months willing to help out and buy food and whatever she needs she is year old and is a boxer/pit very playful and loves to cuddle i need to find her a place today if not I'm going to have to give her up and she has been my baby since she was a 5 months old she gets along with small dogs she is me and my husband's baby and we really don't want to give her up please message me if anyone is interested in keeping her for a few months
