The staff is friendly and they are cooperative when it comes to patient matters. We mostly interact with the technicians who are patient and do a very good job. They are flexible when minor corrective matters needs to be done (wire trimmings, bracket replacement etc.). Very good with appointment reminders especially for those of you with busy lives! The only slight negative (if I had to name one) is that we rarely see the actual orthodontist (even prior to the pandemic) which is disappointing given the cost of orthodontics.
The staff is always wonderful everytime we come, and they give us as much information as we can get about what needs to be done.
I have one child who finished treatment and another child currently in treatment. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful in the office. My child who is done with her treatment has such a wonderful smile. They have done a great job! I would recommend this office for sure!
My experience here at Johnson orthodontics have been amazing. Never had any issues and the workers have always been very friendly and attentive to my needs. Would recommend 10/10
I Love It Here.... The staff is always friendly and attentive. My favorite person is Mabel, She’s been my assistant since Day 1, she has taken the time to get to know me, which makes me look forward to my adjustments. I personally know asst. who barely say two words to their patients and for that I appreciated her more than she knows. I honestly have no complaints about her or this office.
