had my washer looked at by 2 other service co's with no luck was told I should get a new washer that it was not worth repairing, called Murray appliance and Vic came out on time and fixed on the spot. it was a $5.00 part and is working great! I will be back to buy my next appliances from them and any repairs I might need
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have read the reviews before dropping my appliance off at their store. Don't make the same mistake dealing with their crooked ways. They will want you to drop off your appliance without talking to you at first so they can automatically charge their service fee. I relayed to them what was wrong with my appliance. All I wanted was a quote for the repairs so I could weigh my options. Can't get anyone on the phone. They said they had what I needed to fix my dryer and it would be ready the next day,and they would give me a call. Well I didn't get a call and I can't get threw to them on the phone. And still no dryer ready.
Worst service ever........don't consider doing any business with these guys if product service (after the sale) means anything to you! Would give 0 stars if possible........
every time my landlord has used Murray Appliance they have either not shown up or have been very late. I already have to take the time to readjust my schedule for the appointment and it is very frustrating when they miss their schedule time and I have to continue to call my landlord to get them to come out. If you say you're going to be there by a certain time or even between a certain time in the day don't insult your customers by not showing up. There the best! I was going to buy a new gas cook stove at Lowes but they could not convert it to Lp or install it for me. I was told I would need to hire someone to convert it and hook it up! I went to Murray appliance….and bought a Ge gas stove, they converted and hooked it up for no extra charge and took the old one off! Love those guy’s.
