Needed emergency care. They were one of two in the state that would do it for me. Had a rough night with pain so ended up calling later but they still squeezed me in. I could tell they were busy but still took the time to address and chat with me about the problem without seeming rushed. Left with a better idea of the main issue and a prescription which brought down the pain and swelling until I could setup an appointment. I appreciate their help!
I went in after my insurance told me that I absolutely needed to go in and tell them it was an emergency. I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. They were extremely rude since the moment we explained the situation. They made me feel as if I had walked into their house asking for an appointment. They were almost yelling that no insurance would tell us that and asked for the name of the insurance (which is Minnesota State).
