Had an amazing service experience with Hannah...She made sure I understood all that was being done to my car and wanted to make sure I was prepared for the next service with what needs to be done... She is a blessing.
Can I rate them a ZERO? I made the mistake of buying a CPO Maserati sight unseen from this dealer. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. This dealer is terrible and doesn’t stand behind their vehicles. They promised they’d do the right thing and fix the issues with the car, but they didn’t and won’t. Glenn and the manager David are the worst. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
These guys are across the board and awesome group of guys to work with. Treated me and my wife very kindly and provided a great deal on the car (more importantly). Just a great bunch of guys. Really enjoyed the buying experience and I don't like buying cars.
Worst dealership ever. If you want to experience bait and switch come to this place. I emailed interest in 2 cars earlier in the week. The marketing person was responsive and made an appt. I was running late and texted her and again she was responsive. When I arrive no car to be seen - apparently sold already. The 2nd car I wanted to see seat is broken and no gas cover and damage throughout the car. Terrible Experience, Employees that are very DECEPTIVE and condescending to women. They tell you one thing and then do another. And this is led by the service manager Dave and Tristen the service advisor. 120 days+ in shop later. This car was bought as an anniversary present for my wife.
