If I could give ZERO stars I would because that is what the experience with Johnson Maserati (JM) deserves. On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, my husband and I drove over 150 miles to Cary, NC for an appointment with Tom Mitchell the General Manager of JM for the sole purpose of purchasing a new vehicle. Tom was nice enough to have the vehicle that I requested ready. I recently move to the area and was informed I needed to have my vehicle inspected. I drove to an inspection station and was advised the location was not equipped to inspect a Ferrari. I was told to take it to Johnson Maserati. Being new to the area I called to I called to ensure this location could inspect the vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, my wife over heard the gentleman in service who answered my call. I was satisfied with the service I had for my Maserati a while ago when I went here for my regular annual services under warranty. Used to be the best service experience. Clear, professional, kind, responsive and honest. Cory was wonderful and offered the exclusive service you expect from Maserati, and that you can have from very few luxury dealers. UPDATE 2020/2021 The service has gotten worse and worse since the staff changed back in 2020. They forgot to file the service to the corporate, not resulting in the database of t... read more
