I recently move to the area and was informed I needed to have my vehicle inspected. I drove to an inspection station and was advised the location was not equipped to inspect a Ferrari. I was told to take it to Johnson Maserati. Being new to the area I called to I called to ensure this location could inspect the vehicle. I was satisfied with the service I had for my Maserati a while ago when I went here for my regular annual services under warranty. Used to be the best service experience. Clear, professional, kind, responsive and honest. Cory was wonderful and offered the exclusive service you expect from Maserati, and that you can have from very few luxury dealers. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was probably the best experience ever. Tom was polite and patient, and he did everything I asked for over the 3+ weeks we discussed a potential deal, which we just finalized. I highly recommend him and his dealership, even if you are not local - I live in FL and I would not hesitate to do it all again! Fast service. You will not have to wait long as you can get your car right in. No long waits. Expensive but quick. I didn't have time to go to my regular shop due to their super long wait times. I normally can wait for other simple services. I wish I could afford to use them more. Oil changes are 600ish and A little high for me. I hope one day they can do specials but I suppose it also helps keep wait times lower. I will use them again when needed.
