The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I had the best cleaning experience ever! I have sensitive gums and my hygienist was gentle and asked repeatedly if I was ok.
Professionals are very polite! The office is always clean! There is no long waiting time for your appointment!
The OFFICE Manager is very RUDE, tells pt's and parents they were informed of things that they in no way ever were informed of. My daughter was scheduled for sx given date but never told about preop or anything else and now being informed she has to use their H&P and it can not be faxed. We never had issues when the other office manager was there or other Staff. We have used them since my children were 2 my oldest is 21. I DO NOT RECCOMEND after the way we were treated!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Marshall has been my dentist for over 30 years. He and his staff are very professional, skilled, and very welcoming. Wait time is typically very brief.
