Our first experience with J&J in our new home. We called early this morning when we woke to our home in the 40s. The previous owners left the companies stickers on our units and we are so grateful they did! Josh returned to our house for the fall checkup. He called before he came, arrived on time and did a thorough job. Very professional.
On time, fix the issue but is expensive to the maximum I understand paying for good service but to be ripped off is another story. I was going to have them look at my old system to get a new one but I don’t trust them now. Paying for good service and being rip off are two different things. If it was not for AC workers at my husband job.. we would have not know. Glad we didn’t ask for a new unit.
Of course, our central air conditioning went out during the hottest days of the year! I called J&J on Sunday evening and was surprised and very pleased to receive assurance that they could send somebody out the following morning. Will Reed arrived before noon and quickly diagnosed the problem. And he actually had the parts needed with him so that the work was completed in a little more than an hour. How great it was once the house started cooling down again! Thank you, J&J!
