Will was prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my ac problem and have full working systems within 30 minutes. He was so good he even convinced me to get their maintenance package! Edit: maintenance package doesn't cover anything. They tried to charge me four hundred bucks to clean a new furnace lol
We just bought a home and when we moved in there was a strong smell of mildew because of mildew and mold buildup in the mini-splits. Most people aren't aware of the care these systems require. We needed someone to come remediate fast and Johnson & Johnson sent a technician, Allan, out ASAP. He did a fantastic job and the whole place smells fresh and we can breathe deep. Very grateful.
