I was looking for insurance for two SUV's, a truck, homeowner's, and an umbrella policy. I called and was able to see someone there the same day, which was great. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back from them. I even waited over four weeks. I guess either they aren't taking new clients, are too busy, or didn't feel like I was a good fit. I can't recommend a company that doesn't even let you let know they won't insure you.
