This place is robery, I canceled my account a year ago and I am still being charged, I called again and said your tenants policy was already renewed, I said cancel it, guess what still being charged, phone them again, of the reason why your police wasn't cancel because your other half didn't cancel as well...... Customer service…. Finally was able to wiggle to chat with someone at call Center. Was told twice two weeks ago that a manager would reach out regarding my claim. We are on day 150 since the accident. Even with discounted group insurance I don’t believe it’s worth it. Have been with them for 19 years. Obviously my first real auto claim.
I am totally disappointed from this company. I am from Ontario (Toronto) and recently moved to Halifax. So I required to change my insurance to here. I was paying my auto insurance in Toronto was around $280/month. My expected rate from this company is similar to the previous one but unfortunately they offer the quote $1000/month which is tripple the amount that I paying before. I don't think my current place is not that busy as Toronto and also I wonder, why the price difference is too much high.
Absolutely terrible service and attitude from both ladies I was speaking with. Wasted 1 hour 15 mins of my time getting an auto and home quote and then to be denied comprehensive over two rock chips, that I had professionally fixed on my windshield, in the past two years. Do not waste your time time with this dinosaur of a company. They let an A1 client go over nothing and do not want to provide help of any sort. I cannot imagine actually doing a claim with them. I am appalled at the entire situation.
