I had several of my commercial buildings and my families residence that needing sanitizing and buildings that needed cleaning. Ms Johnson was professional and timely in the services performed we will be using her in the near future again.
I am a cancer patient that was desperate to have her floors and grout cleaned in her home before Thanksgiving so I called Johnson. For two weeks I called and was told the technician would call me back. I never heard one word from anyone. I feel this says all that needs to be said about the professionalism of Johnson when they would not even call a cancer patient back that for asking for help because this might be the last Thanksgiving she get to share with her family.
