This is truly a 5 star restaurant! The atmosphere to the awesome prime rib, a great place to eat.
Excellent evening at the Johnson House. Cozy table in the Paul Revere Lounge. Of course the onion soup was outstanding. Salmon was the best and prime rib was done perfectly. Can't wait to return. PS. Stuffed mushrooms with Stilton and chive the best ever.

This place holds many special memories of past and present for our family. We have celebrated many birthdays here, each time enjoying the wonderful food...typically of the surf and turf varieties. We also just Love the coziness and small town comfort it has to offer. One random night before Christmas we did an impromptu group sing of the 12 days of Christmas around the piano at the bar. Cheers to the Johnson House for always upholding high standards for celebrating life!

We had a very relaxing evening. Food was amazing. I had grilled prime rib and my husband had the haddock special. While we were eating the pianist started playing, what a talented person. Her music enticed us to stay for coffee and somehow we found room to share a piece of bumble pie...warmed up! Service was excellent. Just what we needed to end our week. Thank you for great food and atmosphere! We'll be back for sure.
