I had a new flat roof installed and the house is located in Washington DC by Johnson Home Improvement. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He clearly explained all the steps and procedures to me in replacing my new roof. I was very pleased with Mr.Raymond Johnson. I highly recommend Mr.Johnson
They did an amazing job I would highly recommend them to anyone that asked.
Mr Johnson never finished the job. I had to call in another roofer to finish the job ( cost $ 1250 ). I have pictures and correspondence to verify my statement. He was prompt with his assignment, but myself and 2 other persons found it very difficult to reason with him, he was very defensive and aggressive.
I am Thankful that Mr. Johnson was able to come back out and redo my pouch after I was not please with it. It is much better when I am sit on the porch. Thank You Mr. Johnson
After getting at least 5 estimates to replace my entire roof, I decided on Johnson as he was the most straightforward and detailed estimate I received. I am happy with my new roof and the time it took to complete the job. We have had no subsequent leaks even with the rain we have had one the last few weeks. Would have no problem recommending Johnson!
Mr. Johnson showed up for the free inspection the same day as I called him. Got an emailed estimate the next day. A little back and forth about what was included in the estimate, but that was worked out quickly and did not increase the final price. He had one of the better prices, and I like the fact that he specialized in flat roofs. His workers showed up at 7:30 and were completely done by 6:00. I highly recommend Mr. johnson. After I emailed my repair inquiry. Mr. Johnson called me and personally scheduled a free estimate. After Mr. Johnson inspected the roof,he text me photos of the damage and emailed me the estimate. I felt like the cost was affordable and fair. His crew was done in a day and my roof is beautiful! You can’t beat the warranty. Highly recommended!
He can usually beat most prices.
