Charged me about 300.00 dollars to restart my pilot light on my gas water heater, just took a few seconds. Tried telling me I need a new water heater. I knew better because it past a home inspection. I feel like he took advantage of me because I'm female. He wasn't friendly at all. Too expensive, don't recommend.

Service and installation was excellent. Installers worked like a team. Friendly and informative. Complete system installed in 5 hours and left areas clean . Excellent service. We've had this company for 20+ years.

Alex was absolutely great!! He is knowledgeable, respectful, offered suggestions, and was professional. I would want him to provide our next service call for sure. I highly recommend Alex!!

first off I have used johnson in the past and been pleased. however today i have them come out to replace a kitchen faucet and sprayer. I have brand new in box moen faucet and sprayer. the guy that cane out quoted 675. the job takes thirty minuets or so and requires no parts from them. that is stupdily insane. lowes where bought from quoted me 156 to install. if i was half the size I am and younger i would do myself. this way over priced has left bad taste in my mouth. i will find another plumber going forward
