The first cause for concern was when Dave Johnson himself, informed me that the mechanism one of THEIR plumbers had drawn for me on a previous visit doesn't even exist! But, most upsetting of all was the way that, beginning with the very first words out of his mouth, he chose to be (shockingly) condescending, insulting and downright disdainful towards me.
